Why am I not receiving SMS messages?

If messages are not appearing inside AutoForwardText, the issue is usually caused by permissions, internet connectivity, or Android background restrictions.

Please verify the following:

• SMS permission is enabled
• Internet connection is active
• Battery optimization is disabled
• Device appears online in your dashboard

To verify device status:

  1. Log in to your AutoForwardText dashboard
  2. Open Devices
  3. Confirm your Android device shows Online

If the device appears offline:

• Open the AutoForwardText app
• Verify permissions
• Check internet connectivity
